Gova Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your GOVA purchase, you may return it for store credit within 15 days of your purchase. Store credit is valid for 90 days. Please note that shipping charges are not included in the store credit amount.

Final Sale Items:
    •    Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
    •    Purchases made during sales or promotions are considered Final Sale and are non-returnable.
    •    Bodysuits and swimsuits are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Important Details:
    •    Returns submitted after the 15-day window will not be accepted. In such cases, an invoice for the return shipping fee will be issued to send the items back to you. If the invoice remains unpaid after 45 days, the items will be donated to local charities.
    •    Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused, with all original tags attached.
    •    Please take care to avoid makeup or deodorant marks on garments. A 15% restocking fee may apply depending on the item’s condition upon return.

High Volume of Returns:
Customers with a high volume of returns may be subject to a modified return policy, which includes a 15% restocking fee. We will contact you if this policy applies.

Order Modifications and Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. However, if your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can assist with modifications if you wish to make changes to your selected items. Please contact us at hello@govastore.com as soon as possible for assistance.
